At NivoElements, we want our products to be made for reliable use through school days and daily activities. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

NivoElements products are covered by this limited warranty for 1 year from the original date of purchase.

Proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation, may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended use.

Depending on the circumstances, covered issues may include defects involving:

• Stitching or seams
• Zippers or other hardware
• Shoulder strap attachment points
• Materials or components
• Other manufacturing-related defects

All warranty claims are subject to review by NivoElements to determine whether the issue is covered under this policy.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Scratches, stains, fading, discoloration, or cosmetic wear
• Accidents, improper use, or neglect
• Overloading or carrying items beyond reasonable use
• Cuts, tears, burns, or damage caused by external objects
• Damage caused by pets or animals
• Improper cleaning, washing, or care
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
• Loss or theft of the product
• Damage to personal belongings stored inside the backpack

This warranty also does not cover changes in appearance that naturally occur as a product is used over time.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

We may request additional information or photographs when necessary to evaluate your claim.

Warranty Resolution

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, NivoElements will determine an appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

If an identical product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement where appropriate.

Warranty resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Returns and Warranty Claims

Our Warranty Policy is separate from our regular return and refund policy.

Returns involving a change of mind or other non-defect reasons are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable return period.

Issues involving potential defects in materials or workmanship may be handled under this Warranty Policy during the applicable warranty period.

Limitation

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and products purchased directly from NivoElements or an authorized sales channel.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the product.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
